Case Study: Suburban neighborhood with breaking and entering problem

We bought the Lukwerks system after our home was broken in to. The video clip is from the camera which looks out over our front door and drive way. The teens were attempting to break into our neighbor's house. My wife heard them trying to kick in the back door, and sounded our house alarm then called the police. The teens heard the alarm and ran, right in front of our front door camera. The camera and its flashing red light are clearly visible from our front yard. Viewing the video clip, it looks as if at least one of the teens sees the camera and tries to cover his face.

We believe making the cameras visible, especially the flashing red lights, has been a great deterent to potential criminals, and we have recommended LukWerks to our neighbors during a recent home owner's association meeting.
