Remote Viewing Requirements

Remote Viewing allows you to view live video from your Logitech WiLife system over the Internet using a compatible browser, cell phone, or wireless handheld.

System Requirements

  • Computer that matches or exceeds the minimum system requirements
  • Always-on broadband Internet connection like DSL, Cable Modem, or T1
  • Online Services Account and properly configured Command Center software

To better help you determine if your computer and Internet service are compatible with the Remote Viewing requirements, we have included a link to an online bandwidth speed meter. Click on the link and follow the instructions on the page to determine your PC’s connection upload and download speed.

Note: For the test to be as accurate as possible, make sure that no one else in the house is using the internet connection (PC or Voice Over IP phone).
